Terms & Conditions:

• Campaign Period: 01 May 2024 to 31 May 2024, both days inclusive.
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • ​A valid Covered Card issued by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (“ADIB”) must be used for the payment.
  • All retail ADIB Covered cards (excluding NOMU, Fast Card, Football Card, Business Cards, ISIC) are eligible for the offer.
  • The minimum transaction amount for selecting Easy Installment Plan (“EIP”) under the offer is AED 500.
  • Transactions done using eligible ADIB Covered Card on below merchant category as defined by VISA and Mastercard during the Campaign period will be eligible for this promotion.
    • Merchant Based: Electronics (select merchants) Sharaf DG/ Eros/ Jacky’s / Emax
    • MCC based: Auto Stations, Auto Rental and Repair Merchant Category
    • MCC Based: Home Furniture & Furnishing Merchant Category
• The customer who selects EIP needs either to call ADIB contact center or book through ADIB Mobile Banking App.
• On selecting EIP, the customer will be entitled to full or partial waiver of the Murabaha Monthly Installment (Profit) in a proportional manner to the amount of the transaction that is related to EIP for the agreed upon tenor. Any such waiver shall be at the full discretion of ADIB, and approval of such waiver will not imply that ADIB would have obligation to repeat such action in future. In this case, the applicable monthly Murabaha profit rate in a proportional manner to the amount of the transaction that is related to EIP will be 0% for the agreed upon tenor (3 or 6 months), and with no processing fees.
• Existing Terms and Conditions relating to EIP will apply. 
  
• ADIB is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Card for any reason whatsoever.
• Delinquent or blocked Covered Card customers during the Campaign Period will not be eligible for this offer.
• Any disputes in regards with the promotion rewards should be raised within 2 months from the campaign end date.
• ADIB encourages you to use your Covered Card only for necessary expenditures.
• By participating in this campaign, customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Islamic Banking Services that prohibit using ADIB Covered Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant products or services as determined by ADIB's Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.
