  • Qualification Criteria:
    1. This offer is applicable for all new successfully approved ADIB Smiles Signature Covered Card applications submitted in the system from 1st of November 2022 until 30th November 2022 and issued by 15th of September 2022 only.
    2. The card must be activated within 30 days of the card issuance date to qualify for the promotional Smiles Points.
    3. The customer needs to have an active Smiles Account for the Smiles points to be credited.
    4. Promotional Smiles Points will be credited to the eligible customer’s Smiles Account within 90 calendar days of Card issuance date.
    5. Any existing ADIB Smiles Signature Cardholder who is reapplying for this Card will not be eligible for the promotional offer.
  • Offer is valid for a limited period only and may be revoked at the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion.
  • Customers who already have ADIB Etisalat Covered Card, need to close their existing card and apply for a new ADIB Smiles Signature Covered Card to be eligible for the campaign offer.
  • Cost of the promotional Smiles points will be paid from a combination of ADIB shareholders’ funds and Smiles partner.
  • Any dispute regarding the Offer rewards should be raised within 6 months from the campaign end date.
  • ADIB Covered Card terms and conditions shall apply which prohibit using ADIB Card to purchase any non-Shari’a compliant products/services as determined by the Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee of ADIB including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.​​​
