- By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the ADIB Banking Services Agreement which prohibits using an ADIB Covered Card and ADIB Debit Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant items as determined by ADIB's Fatwa and Shari'a Supervisory Board.
- Additional terms and conditions may be applied by M.H. Alshaya Co. L.L.C. to the extent that such terms and conditions do not contradict with the Terms and Conditions of ADIB Covered Card & the Terms and Conditions of the ADIB Banking Services Agreement.
