• A valid ADIB Visa Covered and Debit  Card must be used for payment.
      
• Blocked or delinquent customer accounts will not be eligible for the promotion.
      
• 20% discount on daily.noon.com will apply to a maximum of one transaction per Cardholder on every Sunday during 01 August 2021 – 26 September 2021. Discount amount is capped at AED 20 per transaction
      
• The Offer is valid in conjunction with other discounts/promotions at daily.noon.com.
      
• The Offer will be made available automatically to Cardholders at checkout when making the payment using an ADIB Visa Card during the promotion period.
      
• Offer will not apply if you pay using Apple pay, noon pay or noon credits
      
• All discounts mentioned above are solely borne by Noon.
      
• By participating in this promotion, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Islamic Banking Services which prohibits using an ADIB Covered Card and ADIB Debit Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant items as determined by the Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee of ADIB.
      
• Additional terms and conditions maybe applied by noon to the extent that such terms and conditions do not contradict with the Terms and Conditions of ADIB Covered Card & the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Islamic Banking Services and the rules and principles of the Islamic Shari’a as set out in the Shari’a Standards of the Organization of Accounting and Auditing of the Islamic Financial Institutions and as interpreted by ADIB’s Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee.
