Terms and conditions apply:

• Campaign Period: 1^st February 2024 to 30^​th​ April 2024, both days inclusive.
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • A valid Visa Covered Card issued by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (“ADIB”) must be used for the payment.
  • All retail ADIB Covered cards (excluding NOMU, Fast Card, Football Card, Business Cards, ISIC) are eligible for the offer.
  • The minimum transaction amount that may be converted into EIP under the offer is AED 500.
  • Transactions done using eligible ADIB Covered Card on school/education fee merchant category as defined by VISA during the offer period will be eligible for this promotion.
• The customer needs to call the ADIB contact center to convert the transaction into EIP or book through Mobile Banking App.
• Spends of supplementary Covered Cards will be clubbed with the primary Covered Card to calculate the spends eligible for the Promotion.
• The customer can convert the transaction paid using the Covered Card into an EIP for 3/6/12 months with NO processing fees. On conversion, the customer will be entitled to 100% waiver of the Murabaha Monthly Instalment (Profit) in a proportional manner to the amount of the transaction that will be converted into EIP for the tenor of the EIP.
• Existing Terms and Conditions relating to EIP will apply.
• ADIB is not responsible for a transaction that does not get captured under the appropriate merchant category code nor accepts any responsibility for refusal of acceptance of the Card for any reason whatsoever.
• Delinquent or blocked Covered Card customers during the Offer Period or at the time of fulfilment will not be eligible for this offer.
• Any disputes in regards with the promotion should be raised within 2 months from the campaign end date.
• The cost of campaign will be paid from ADIB Shareholders’ funds.
• ADIB encourages you to use your Covered Card only for necessary expenditure.
• By participating in this Offer, customer agrees to be bound by all other ADIB Covered Card Terms and the Conditions that prohibit using ADIB Covered Card to purchase any non-Shari'a compliant products or services as determined by ADIB's Internal Shari’a Supervisory Committee including but not limited to alcohol, pork products, gambling, tobacco, casinos, bars, nightclubs, merchants selling and/or providing pornography related products and/or services.
• EIP has to be availed within 30 days from the date of the transaction.
